Mr. Sivadasan Ramaiah, Chairman of L&G Global Academy, is a visionary leader with expertise in corporate training, safety curriculum development, and foundational education. An internationally certified HSE Trainer and Auditor, he brings a unique blend of industry safety standards and child-centered educational insight.
He has played a key role in strengthening foundational literacy and phonics programs, helping young learners build confidence and clarity from the early years. A strong advocate for child safety, he developed the Child Safety Environment curriculum and specialized training programs for educators. His contributions were recognized with an award from Kiran Bedi.
At L&G Global Academy, child safety is our highest priority. Through structured safety protocols, continuous teacher training, and a culture of care, we ensure a secure, nurturing environment where every child feels protected, confident, and ready to thrive.
